THE ROOM
£985 per month inclusive of ALL BILLS, furnishings, bed, mattress, duvet, pillows, some linens, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Price includes all bills, a weekly cleaner and wifi. £985 deposit paid in advance to secure the room. The room is NOT ensuite, THERE ARE TWO BATHROOMS TO SHARE AND 1 X SHOWER/BATHTUB. Tons of natural light in the room with high ceilings is RARE for the area plus it is a HOUSE!!! This room is located at the BACK of the house so it is QUIET. TWO of the housemates (PROFESSIONALS) have lived at the property for AT LEAST 5 YEARS---so lots of calm and harmony.

Sharing of the common areas: bathrooms, kitchen/diner.

A CLEANER comes in once a week and looks after the common areas and this cost is included in the rent. You will be sharing with 2 other professionals: Shauna & Sasha --- who manage the house --- PLUS we have 2 other rooms available for a bit of Airbnb and short term lets. Shauna and Sasha are fun, responsible, chilled, respectful, sane, friendly, non-smoking, non-party animalistic and have a good dialogue between them and help each other out. We expect our short term house mate to be great too!

The area is great! There is a community atmosphere!

The house is located across the street from Old Spitalfields Market and a 7-10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station (Central Line) and 10-12 minute walk to Aldgate East (District Line). There are 2 Boris Bike stands located 2min and 6min walk away. There are tons of buses servicing Liverpool Street station.

The house has a large bright kitchen/diner with 3 large windows. There is a FANTASTIC view over The City, a large dining table, two sofas. Sit and chat, cook with the skyscrapers and market buzz.

There is a large SHARED MAIN BATHROOM with bath/shower, toilet and plenty of storage. There is also a second bathroom with a toilet and a small sink. Your room is NOT ensuite.

Please note there is *NO TV* or phone/landline but WIFI is included in the monthly rent.

The landlord (Sasha) cares for the property and wants the flatmates to enjoy the property and live in harmony. The existing housemates: Shauna and Sasha have all lived in the house/flat for 5+years.

The place is SAFE and secure are located right in the buzz of Spitalfields.
