Great double room/1 min by walk to Aldgate East St

Hey!!

We have one double room available from Monday 22nd December 2014, just off Brick Lane, 50 sec by walk to Aldgate East Station, 12 min by walk to Liverpool Street, We may be able to find an arrangement should someone really need to move in the week-end prior to that date.

The room is furnished with a double bed (comfy mattress), desk/chair, bedside table, wardrobe and bookshelf. There is fast Wi-Fi connection.

Our great flat is located in a residence, we are central, close to a main street with Off License, Tesco, Starbucks, Argos and major banks just downstairs.

The room is in a spacious, refurbished and in a clean flat. There is a open-space kitchen/living room with a sofa, which gives us a nice common area to socialize. We are 3 friendly, social flatmates (Kamila 26yo, Arnaud 31yo, Thomas 30yo). We all have our own lives, all professionals, but we like spending time together - from a glass of wine at home, cooking or going out for drinks/dinner/club/cinema/kart ing/tennis... In short, we get on very well.

We are obviously looking for someone nice, easygoing, and friendly.

About finance: the rent is £600. The bills are not included and come around £60-£75 at the moment (that's the maximum during the winter, normally is much much less). The deposit amounts to £840. Before moving in, you will have to pay the deposit + nine days rent (£175 from 23rd to 31st December). However, you will have to pay January's rent no later than the 31st December (£600).
