I am pleased to offer a double bedroom in Zone 1 central London, near Liverpool Street train station, Moorgate, Old Street and Shoreditch, which are all less than 10 minutes walk away. It is also possible to walk to Bank, St Paul's, Barbican and Angel in less than 20 minutes.

The apartment is in an upper-class area, just 4 minutes walk from Bishopsgate - the most important road in the financial district. This is the road near to which many of the major banks have their headquarters - Nat West Bank, Deutchebank, Credit Agricole, and UBS. And major law firms Slaughter and May, Linklators, and Herbert Smith are all within a ten minute walk.

If you work anywhere in the financial district you will be able to walk to work and thus save over 25 pounds a week by not needing to take the bus/train.

The apartment is a luxury three bedroom apartment with a very large kitchen and a large lounge. It also has a balcony and a rooftop garden with a beautiful view of all the skyscrapers. Please look at the photographs because they are beautiful! We are so lucky to have a garden; few properties in central London have a garden.

You will be sharing the bathroom with only one person.

Transport connections are excellent: Liverpool Street train station and Moorgate train station are about 8 minutes walk away. Old Street train station is about five minutes walk. Liverpool Street station is on the Circle line and Central line, and Old Street station is on the Northern line, so we have excellent transport links direct to virtually anywhere in London.

You can travel by bus or train to Oxford Street, Leicester Square, Chelsea, Holborn, British Museum, all in 25 minutes or less. Basically, you will be in the heart of London’s business and social life!

Most of London’s Universities are within 20 minutes travel by train or bus, including University College London, London School of Economics, City University, Cass Business School, Queen Mary University, Kings College London, and the University of Law.
