Room in flatshare - 5min walk to Whitechapel tube

We have a double room available in our flatshare, located just a five minute walk from Whitechapel tube station and just up the road from the brick lane markets.

Local amenities include supermarkets, cinemas, shops, great cafes, pubs and bars. Great for people working in Whitechapel, Stepney Green or near Liverpool St, Monument or Bank.

We are looking for:
- Females only (as the landlord has asked us to choose a girl for the room)
- a full time professional or student
- Respectful and quiet (our rooms are all next to each other so this is important)
- mature, sociable, easygoing and clean.

Rent is 475pcm, bills (internet, gas, electric, cleaner) etc come to around £40 a month depending on usage.
