Stunning room 2 mins from London Bridge station

I'm looking for someone who stays full time or Mon-Fri (rent fee open to negotiation) to share a newly built spacious modern 2 bedroom flat just 2 mins walk from London Bridge station, King's College London (Guy's Campus) and seconds from the Shard. This is a pretty perfect location in this area, close to almost anything you need, with a very competitive price. However, I'm quite flexible and want to find a lovely flatmate so feel free to negotiate the rent with me.

The double bedroom is very bright with high ceiling and under floor heating, double bed with underbed storage, wardrobe, desk and chair. The flat has lots of natural light and looks way better in real life than in photos so don't hesitate to contact me for a video call for viewing!

A bit about me:
I'm a 27 years old female professional working in the city. I'm easy going, clean, quiet and considerate. I enjoy cooking and have quiet nights at home. Due to the nature of my work, I'm looking for a flatmate who is tidy and respectful so I can actually feel relaxed after work.

I’m only looking for a single occupant, someone considerate, respectful and clean. Both professionals and students are welcomed. I would prefer no party animals and no party at home please (sorry I had bad experience before). :)
