Small Room Flat Next To Borough Station

Hi there,

We are two spanish girls looking a new flatmate, as our current flatmate is sadly going back to Spain.

We are looking for another young professional to join the flat.

Preferibly someone laid back, stressed free and clean who is looking for a home more than a room.


The apartment is in a very nice location, less than 5 min from Borough Station and 5 min to London Bridge Station.

The flat is equipped with a separate kitchen and living room and a great balcony to enjoy summer breakfasts, and chill. The flat also has separate WC and bathroom.

The flat came unfurnished, only with beds but it is currently furnished with sofas, TV and others.
The bills are not included but are around £80 / month including broadband and council tax. We need a flatmate to renew the contract with the landlord for a fixed term of 12 months with breaking clause beyond the 6th month.
