Friendly Open Plan Double room 1 min to LB station

Hi guys, we are looking for a new housemate in our large, awesome flat, 1 minute from London Bridge station and Bermondsey street.
The best feature by far is the open plan second floor living area & balcony - great for entertaining and the size is great for the area. The place is modern, has wooden floors and a TV/lounge area.

One of our housemates is sadly moving in with their boyfriend so we are looking for a fun, clean and social housemate to replace her.

Current housemates (2 guys, 1 girl) are professionals working in the city (so we are after a girl to keep the ratios even). We’re a social bunch so hoping to find someone who fits in! :)

1 double room for GBP 975 per month (ex. shared bills which come to around 80 per month). We are looking for someone to move in sometime between 29th Nov to 10th Dec (although sooner the better!)
