You'll be sharing the flat with me, I'm a 28-years-old full-time professional.

I love socialising but also understand personal space. I'm clean and tidy, always trying to keep a nice atmosphere around the flat.

The rent is £850 per month and the bills come up to about £150 ppm.

In terms of travel, Bermondsey Underground Station (Jubilee Line) is less than a 10-minute walk away, Borough Station is just under a 15-minute walk away and London Bridge Station takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to. There are also loads of buses that go to Central London (Waterloo Station is about 20 minutes away on the bus).

It's a fantastic area, super close to Bermondsey Street with all the amazing bars and coffee shops.

The flat is also super close to Maltby Street Market and Borough Market as well as other trendy places to eat and drink.

There are two huge parks nearby - Burgess Park and Southwark Park. There is a big Tesco Supermarket, Lidl and an Asda not too far from the flat and loads of takeaways just around the corner.
