I’m looking for a flatmate to share a unique 2 bed/2 bath converted warehouse flat.

The flat is just off Bermondsey St with easy access to all the great things in this area (Borough Market, Maltby Street, Jose, Franco Manca, and an almost endless choice for good coffee!). We have a large furnished living/dining room with high ceilings, lots of exposed brick and big windows. There is also a wall for a projector to watch movies or Netflix. If you work from home, be prepared for comments from colleagues such as “is that a real background or one of the teams’ ones?” The flat faces onto an internal courtyard so even though you can be out the front door and on Bermondsey street in 30 seconds, it is still quiet during the day and in the evening.

About the space:
Your bedroom is a king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower). There is plenty of storage with a large built-in wardrobe. Big windows which make the room really bright. The room is available May 26th

Rent + Bills:
Rent comes to £1337.50 per month
Bills are ~£170 per month which includes gas/electricity/hyperoptic fibre/council tax (so total price is about £1500/month all in)

About me:
I'm 29, half American and half British but with a somewhat international upbringing having grown up in several countries. I moved to the U. K. for university and for my sins am currently working as a strategy consultant.

At home I enjoy cooking (kitchen has a gas stove), watching Netflix, and reading about new technologies (although trying to branch back into fiction). These days I’m getting back into pre-Covid workout routines as we ease out of restrictions. There is a well equipped gym a 10 min walk from the flat with reasonable membership rates. On weekends I’m often out exploring London by bike or trying a new restaurant or bar with friends. I would describe myself as relatively laid back and easy going.

Ideally looking to share with working professionals (male or female)
25-35 years old
Someone who is reasonably outgoing (not a hermit) and open to social activities yet equally happy doing their own thing in evenings or weekends.
