I have lived here for almost 5 years and loved making this place home and couldn't bear to leave this unique gem of a flat in a perfect central area with a wonderful views, community and proximity to Borough Market and Maltby Street Market.

The flat has a private roof terrace, incredible views and ample amounts of natural light (perfect for plants). The current tenant is moving countries due to work commitments. I am a professional marketing consultant and work from home ~3/4 days a week and usually away at least a few days a month and out and about a lot.

I am currently looking for a roommate who is also a professional and will also in turn respect each other's space and keep the living area and kitchen tidy and presentable. I enjoy quiet nights with wine and a movie, but equally a night out on the weekend with friends and often host quiet dinner parties. I also have an amazing collection of plants around the flat and love making the place feel homely and a place to decompress from hectic city life.

The flat offers the following:
- Large room with ensuite, private balcony with incredible views of city
- Private roof terrace off living room, with an external white wall where I often project movies in the summer! And tanning/ outdoor working
- Panoramic Views of London, including the Shard and Tower Bridge
- Lots of natural light
- Very quiet as it’s the corner of the building, 4th floor (has lift)
- Under 5 mins to Bermondsey Street (lots of nice coffee shops & independent restaurants etc)
- Under 10 mins to London Bridge and Borough tube
- Lovely parks nearby
- Tucked back and away from any busy roads
- Very secure with a gate and door entrance, bike racks available to
- Lovely private landlord
- LGBTQ+ preferable
