Double Bedroom on Bermondsey Street Available

A southeast facing fully furnished double bedroom available on the quiet end of Bermondsey Street, a lovely 10 minute walk from London Bridge Station.

The room has a desk, large double wardrobe and desk chair. It has blinds and a curtain and the window opens not onto the street but the area in front of the flat.

Off-street parking available if you have a car right by our front door (which is also off the main street). It is a ground floor flat but elevated and set back from the main street.

Flatmates are two recent graduates from KCL - friendly and open. We have had board games, nights in and nights out as a flat - and it would be nice to continue with our next flatmate.

Shared area is the kitchen and bathroom. We have a fortnightly cleaner (~£15pp per visit) plus monthly bills (~£80pp) and council tax (Southwark, Band C, ~£54pp) charged on top of the rent.

The room is available from 18 July with current contract ending on 31 August (potential for renewal). We are looking for someone to take the whole term (6 weeks). We will continue with renewal afterwards - subject to landlord negotiations.

Landlord is friendly and responsive to requests. We have pots, pans, crockery and cutlery but there is also space to bring your own if you'd prefer.

Bermondsey Street is a lovely area and very picturesque. Nearby is KCL Guy's Campus, Bricklayer's Arms, Tower Bridge, the Shard and London Bridge. London Bridge station is situated in Zone 1 on the Northern and Jubilee lines, as well Thameslink and Southeastern Railway.
