Bright double room near London Bridge Station

The flat is situated right next to Tower Bridge, a minutes walk from the Thames. London Bridge Station is a ten minute walk away, with Tower Hill Station an 18 minute walk away.

The room is a bright, fully furnished double, with large windows. The flat is split level with the open plan kitchen / living area on the top floor of the apartment. We are on the top two floors of the building, with access to a roof terrace via the kitchen. The roof terrace is shared with three other flats. The bath room has a shower / bath combo.

About me / the flat situation:
My current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, and I’m keen to keep our current flat due to the great location and proximity to my work. I’ve lived here for almost one year, and the current tenancy is until September 2024, but we have a 2 month break clause that we can use any time.

I work in the City and enjoy playing volleyball and spending time with my friends. I’m sociable, but quiet and like a tidy living space.

Bills are around £220pp / pm (£150 council tax, £40 electricity / heating, £11.50 broadband, £15 water). We are in Southwark for council tax rates.
