Single Room Available – London Bridge (£500 + Bills)

The flat is in an excellent location, just 1 minute's walk from London Bridge Station, 2 minutes from Borough Underground Station, 1 minute from Tesco and PureGym, and less than a minute from King's College London.

There are currently three of us living in the flat, and we are looking for a fourth flatmate as one of us is moving abroad. We are all friendly, easy-going, respectful, and considerate, and we take pride in keeping the flat clean and well maintained. We're looking for someone who shares the same values and enjoys living in a relaxed, sociable home. We'd love to find someone who enjoys a friendly atmosphere and is looking for a place to call home, rather than just a room to rent.

It would be helpful if you could tell us a little about your profession or studies, your hobbies, your personality, and how you plan to use the room and the flat. The more information you provide, the easier it is for us to get to know you and the quicker we can arrange viewings.

Rent
£500 per month, plus bills.
Bills are usually around £60 per person per month, bringing the total monthly cost to approximately £560.
