London Bridge Room

The flat is 1 min. walk from London Bridge Station and 2 min from Borough Underground Station. 1 min walk to Tesco and Pure Gym. Less than a minute to King's College.

Currently 3 flatmates: Emily, Sonja and myself. We are looking for a 4th flatmate as Alex is leaving us to travel abroad. We are all very friendly and easy going, very clean, respectful and considerate of others and try to keep the house in good shape in general. We are looking for someone that shares the same values with us and does not mind to have glass of beer or wine once in a while. It's very important for us to find someone that we get alone :)

If you are interested in the room, the best way to respond is to email us a short description of you. Giving as much information about you that may include your hobbies, profession or a description of your personality, and how are you planing to use the room/ flat would be helpful and speed up the process.

My apologies for late replies we normaly receive a lot of messages and I reply only to 6-7. If you don't hear back from us please assume the room is taken, and please do not keep sending multiple messages, it makes it very difficult for me to go through all of them.

£430 plus bills that are usually £60 a month per person, so £490 in total.

The room is available from 1 of Jan 2026 and we will hold viewings in December

Sum up:
This is a non smoking flat.
Single room, no couples are allowed.
Guests allowed but keep it limited, around 3 times a month is OK.
Must be very clean and tidy, we have a cleaning rota so we keep the flat clean.
Professionals or mature students are welcome.
Room dimensions approx. 3m by 3m
One month deposit will be required.
There is no common room apart from the kitchen.
The are 4 rooms in total in the flat and advertising for only one of them.

If the ad is live the room is available, when it is taken I will remove the ad.
