Hey! I’m Olivia. I’m currently living on Bermondsey street with my housemate and as she is tragically leaving london (and me!) for a Masters, I am looking for someone to fill her shoes!
I am advertising for the second bedroom. It is lovely and bright, with tons of storage and your own bathroom - not directly en-suite but just nextdoor and the biggest in the flat! It took me quite a while to find a flat this nice! It’s just steps away from some of the nicest restaurants in London (Flour and Grape, José and The Garrison - to name just three).
A little about me, I am an actor and part time as a tutor. I love cooking and relaxing during the week (who doesn’t?) and going to dance parties on weekends.
What I’m looking for:
I’m a pretty outgoing person and have spent some time growing my community in London! I am looking someone similarly social who can help me make this lovely flat a home. Would really love someone relaxed and easy going. I'm a bit of a night owl so anyone who enjoys a late tv night is an added bonus. I would also like to continue splitting the cost of our fortnightly cleaner. Would also prefer someone who does not work from home much so bills don’t skyrocket in Winter!
The move in date is the 27th August. The rent for the smaller room was originally 1300 (this year) but I have got a rent reduction to 1100 for next year. Drop me a line with some fun facts about yourself, I’d love to hear from you :)) Olivia
