I am looking for a flatmate to join my flat for 6 months with a view to potentially extend. The flat is 1 minute from Tower Bridge and within walking distance to Bermondsey/London Bridge stations. The flat has recently been renovated so everything is new.
There is a separate living room with two sofas and a TV.
Ideally looking for a clean/ tidy, professional female who is sociable but equally happy to have their own space as I will be travelling a little throughout Nov-Feb. I am happy to be flexible on dates so if you need something different please ask!
Room rate is £875 and bills amount to approximately £150-170 per month.
The flat isn’t huge so I would suggest it is better suited to someone who doesn’t have lots of kitchenware/ stuff. The room comes with a cupboard and small storage unit. You will see in the pictures there is space for a small desk and chest of drawers (not provided).
