Looking for tidy, quiet and responsible young professional to share a spacious 4-bed / 2-bath flat spread over two floors and including a third toilet.
South-facing and a 10-min walk from London Bridge and 7-min from Borough Station.

Strictly NON-SMOKERS and PREFERRED VEGETARIANS/VEGANS. Please mention it in your message either way.

QUEER applicants also preferred.
We can only consider tenancies of around 3 to 6 months, this may be extended.
1st month of rent and deposit must be paid in advance.
Bills add up to £75-£125 depending on the month, this includes: Energy, water, wifi, council tax (band C), cleaning.

Room is furnished with wardrobe, desk, bed and mattress.
One of the rooms will pretty much have its own toilet which is right next to the room and in a separate floor from other rooms.
There are two other full bathrooms.
Room faces South, so there is a lot of sunlight during all day, and a nice view of Tabard Gardens which are right in the back of the building.
You will deal directly with the live-in tenants who are responsible to collect the rent each month and pay the agency.
