Hello home hunters! I have a room available in a 2 bed, 1 bath flat just steps off of Bermondsey Street and incredibly close to London Bridge station as well as the City. More info below:

THE FLAT:
Flat is a 2 bed split level with shared living area, modern kitchen including hob, oven, dishwasher and (clothes) washer, as well as recently updated bathroom. The room available is double size with bedframe, mattress and dresser included. Rest of flat is furnished with a few more pieces to come as well. Utilities average 170/month per person including council tax, electric/gas, broadband, TV license, cleaner and shared cleaning supplies (Water included in rent).

THE AREA:
Honestly this area is THE BEST. The most convenient and easiest transport links to anywhere central and beyond, plus restaurants, coffee shops and more literally steps away. Likewise, you are steps from the River Thames to take a stroll as well as get your views of the City and Tower Bridge in.

Commute times are:
To City/Bank: 15-20 minutes walking
To Liverpool: 15 by bus
To Waterloo: 15 by tube
To King's Cross: 25 by tube

THE NEW FLAT MATE:
Looking for a male flat mate who is social, mature and respectful. Someone who is down to be social but also is mature and respect private space/time. I also have a dog, so someone who is pet friendly is a must. Bonus points if you are a fitness fan or enjoys watching sports!
