There is also a lovely well-maintained communal garden which is only used by the residents of the private gated development, perfect for taking a break to get some fresh air, read a book or top up on your tan in the summer! 🌱🌿
THE HOUSEMATES 🏠
You'll be living with two other friendly working professionals, both in their 30s:
- Anna (38): Enjoys going for walks, meeting friends, reading, and travelling.
- Luca (33): Friendly and sociable, Luca is Italian and loves cooking. He enjoys being social but is definitely not a party type.
We believe great housemate chemistry is key! Therefore, you will have the opportunity to meet everyone before moving in. 🤝💯
THE ROOM 🛏️
This is a very large double room with a double bed and ample storage space (chest of drawers and large built-in wardrobe). The room offers the unique ability to transform into a living space. The bed converts into a sofa, and the room is equipped with a TV, coffee table, a separate table and chairs, a fireplace, and a Juliet balcony overlooking the communal garden with a view of The Shard! 🤩
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 🏘️
The apartment is situated in a prime central London location with only a 7minute walk to London Bridge station which is on the London underground (tube) line and also provides national overground connections which is very very handy. 🚉
There are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes within a minute from the apartment and it's only 10-15min walk to the London Borough Market, which is an iconic food market serving up some of the best street food and produce from all of over the world. 🛍️🛒
THE BILLS 💷
Say goodbye to the hassle of managing bills! We take care of everything, so you only pay a fixed amount of £100 per person on top of the rent. The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up.👍
We do not charge any fees whatsoever and you have your own DESIGNATED PROPERTY CONTACT (so you only ever have to deal with one person for everything).
THE PARKING 🚗
The apartment comes with one designated parking space within the secure private gated development. It's rare to have a parking space in this part of London. The cost of the space is £200 per month (on top of rent and bills) and will be offered on a first come first served basis.

We are a boutique property company specialising in homely flat shares in London. We take pride in personally meeting and hand-picking our tenants to ensure we create the right dynamic in a sociable home. Please note that we don't accept couples in our house shares to avoid overcrowding, only one tenant per room.
