The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £150 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us. 🤌

THE PARKING 🚗
The apartment comes with one designated parking space within the secure private gated development. It's rare to have a parking space in this part of London. The cost of the space is £200 per month (on top of rent and bills) and will be offered on a first come first served basis.
