The other two bedrooms share a second bathroom—meaning you will only share with one other person. It also includes a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and a combined living and dining area 👌

Say goodbye to the hassle of managing bills! We take care of everything, so you only pay a fixed amount of £100 on top of the rent. The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up.👍

THE PARKING 🚗
The apartment comes with one designated parking space within the secure private gated development. It's rare to have a parking space in this part of London. The cost of the space is £200 per month (on top of rent and bills). 🅿️
