This spacious apartment features three large double bedrooms, one of which has its own ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a second bathroom—meaning you will only share with one other person. The apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard, as shown in the photos, and has plenty of storage. It also includes a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and a combined living and dining area 👌

Residents also have access to a lovely, well-maintained communal garden within the private, gated development. It's the perfect spot to get some fresh air, read a book, or enjoy the sun in the summer! 🌱☀️

Say goodbye to the hassle of managing bills! Your rent covers everything: gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, and TV license. We also provide a bi-weekly cleaning service and an in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may arise. 👍

THE PARKING 🚗
The apartment comes with one designated parking space within the secure private gated development. It's rare to have a parking space in this part of London. The cost of the space is £200 per month (on top of rent). 🅿️
