Double room in London Bridge + private bathroom

Hi, I am looking for a flatmate to move in to a beautiful/ modern 2 bed 2 bath apartment. I moved in to this apartment less than 2 weeks ago so everything is fairly new! I fell in love with this apartment right after a viewing, luckily secured an offer, and signed a contract for the whole property for now. I am looking for a young female professional to take the second bedroom.

* This is not a sub-let and I am not the landlord - your name would be on the tenancy agreement too! You will have to go through the referencing checks etc with the agency *

About me:

I am a 29 years old female Korean working in banking industry. I mostly commute to my office in Canary Wharf but occasionally work from home (once or twice a week). I don’t host big parties in my place but might have a couple of friends coming over for dinner/ coffee so I wouldn’t mind my future flatmate doing the same. I enjoy spending some time home on weekends but also try seeing friends outside as much as possible.

About the flat:

- It’s a spacious double bedroom with a big wardrobe, chest of 5 drawers, 2 bedside tables, and a newly purchased memory foam mattress (purchase price over £ 1,000)

- The flat is on the 4th floor in a modern building with a full-time caretaker. It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat and you will be using a spacious double room and a HUGE private bathroom with a bathtub, electric towel stand, and floor heating. The room faces west, with a stunning view of the shard.

- It comes with a spacious living room with couch, tv and balcony.

- The kitchen is fully equipped and most of the equipment, utensils, kitchen set is newly purchased. It comes with a separate dining table.

- Bermondsey station is roughly 12min walk away and London Bridge 10min. It’s close to the famous Bermondsey street and Thames riverside.

I am looking for someone friendly, respectful and tidy. I intend to stay in this flat as long as I can (the contract is for 24 months with minimum stay of 12 months), so I would prefer someone who is looking for a long-term accommodation.
