Hello! My flatmate and I are renting our modern apartment with two bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms. The whole apartment is £2,000. Or £1,000 per room from June 28th to July 21st. We are charging less than our rent pro rata, for 24 days and we will also cover all bills.

We’re looking for clean people only please and no parties as our neighbours complain.

- Very clean household
- Generous sized room and living area, the photos don’t do the bedroom size justice!
- You’ll have your own en suite bathroom each
- Desk in both rooms for you to work
- Very quiet area. There are offices behind us but they are a bit further away, so there’s no noise!
- New building so very well insulated
- Very comfortable Emma mattress in both rooms, only a year old
- Washing machine/ Dryer
- Dishwasher
- Feel free to use the air fryer, dyson vacuum etc too
- Small balcony with outdoor seating and table
- Linen/ Towels if needed
- This is a short term rent so our things will still be there but we can make some space for your things if needed
