This area has a lot to offer with Borough Market a short 10 min walk, the Tate Modern / South Bank a 15 min walk away and if you work in the City of London it’s only a 25 minute walk! It’s also very easy to get to Luton/ Gatwick Airport from London Bridge for quick holiday getaways. 🛫

👋🏼 I’m moving out as I am moving to a different city for a new job which leaves this great double room with an en-suite available from the 11th August 2024-11th November 2025 at a fixed rent during this period of £1375 per month (bills paid separately). I am happy to be a bit flexible on the move in date between the 2nd and 11th of August.

- a double bed & mattress
- small bookcase
- built-in double ward robe with ample storage space
- en suite bathroom with a shower (the other housemate will have her own separate bathroom in the hallway so you get a lot of privacy)
Optional: (as the room came unfurnished when I moved in)
- a chest of drawers/ unit for storage and
- a full length mirror
i’ll be selling both for £50 (bought it all for approx £90 last Sept so it’s in really good condition)

The building: 🏙️
The entrance to the flat is off Great Dover Street. There is a secure fob entry to the building with an intercom inside the flat. There is also a lovely doorman/ concierge who is on site daily and is super helpful at keeping your packages 📦 safe and secure if you’re not home for a delivery. The flat is on the first floor with access via stairs or lift. There is also a gym on the ground floor open 24hours to all the residents 🏋🏻

💁🏻‍♀️ The flatmate you will be living with is called Shriya she is a 24 year old young professional who is looking for someone like minded. She is very easy going, keeps the flat tidy and enjoys a mix between socialising and having a quiet night in. She enjoys cooking, exploring galleries, going to cafes, outdoor walks and gymming.

The landlady is very friendly and approachable, she usually makes a WhatsApp group for her tenants where you can DM her and she will help sort any issues as they arise but equally she is laid back and tries to give her tenants space without regular flat inspections etc
