Accommodation: Non-ensuite (four people share two bathrooms and one kitchen). Current roommates are three clean and friendly girls.

Location: Excellent location within the KCL Guy's Campus, very safe. One minute walk to Guy's Library, three minutes walk to London Bridge underground station and Borough Market, and five minutes walk to Tower Bridge. Several Tesco, Sainsbury’s, M&S, coffee shops (Costa, Pret, Nero, etc.), and restaurants are within a five-minute walk. It’s a 35-minute walk or 15-20 minute tube ride to the Strand Campus.

Facilities: 24-hour security, reception for package collection, laundry room, and a four-minute walk to the KCL gym.

Requirements: Looking for a friendly and clean tenant who doesn’t host parties, maintains a regular schedule, and keeps quiet after 11 PM.
