Description
I’m a female professional working in finance. My interests are spending time with friends, attending concerts, museum exhibitions & travelling.
I work long hours in the office everyday, so during the week especially I like to come home to a quiet & peaceful environment. I have an active social life so at home I tend to be quiet in order to recharge my battery - down for a drink at one of the various local wine bars though if you would like!
I’m looking to live with someone chilled, considerate & gives a heads up before hosting guests. The flat uses electricity for heating so excessive usage mean that bills can rocket in the winter - a WFH setup 1 - 2 times per week would be ideal but if you do a mixture of pure WFH/coworking spaces then that would be totally fine. I’m looking to share with a female professional in her late twenties to early 30s and I’m also LGBTQ+ friendly :)
Living in a clean and tidy space is important to me but I’ve found having a bi-weekly cleaner in flat shares helps maintain the flat to a high standard of cleanliness.
The monthly rent is £1,400 excluding bills, which are c. £155 (council tax band E; £95.63, electricity; c. £45, Wi-Fi; £14.56). Water is included in the monthly rent. The property is rented through John D Wood letting agency and you will have to pass their referencing checks which include minimum salary (2.5x monthly rent) or a guarantor. The deposit is a 5 weeks security deposit and 1 month’s rent which is protected via the Deposit Protection Scheme. The flat is fully furnished.
The room is available from 1st August 2025 but if you need to move-in before then please reach out anyway as there is some flexibility with the move-in date.
