Looking for a new flatmate to renew the tenancy of my current flat in London Bridge. The tenancy will renew from 17 August 2024, for 12 months (with a 6 months break clause) and the rent for the room will be £1350 (excluding bills, which are around £175 per month).
The flat is in a lovely area, just off Bermondsey Street and a 5 minutes walk from London Bridge station. The flat is excellent condition and comes fully furnished with an open plan kitchen (including a dishwasher) and living room with a Juliet balcony and access to a shared patio. The available room is a good sized double room with plenty of built in wardrobe space, storage space under the bed and comes with its own separate bathroom.
You will be sharing the flat with me and I’ve lived here for 3 years with a friend from university who is now moving out to live with his partner. I am a lawyer working in the City and in my spare time I enjoy yoga, cooking and travelling. I often have to work longer hours, so appreciate coming home to a flat which is quiet and a place to relax, so if you’re someone who likes to listen to loud music or have people over often this may not be the right fit!
I am looking for a female flatmate who is a professional, tidy, clean and considerate and ready to pay rent from 17 August 2024.
