Double Room in 3bd 5 mins from London Bridge

Hi I am looking for someone to take over my share of the tenancy in a great 3 bedroom flat in the London Bridge area (Zone 1).

The flat is within Leathermarket Court, a gated development with 2 private gardens, 5 minutes away from London Bridge station and 2 minutes away from Bermondsey Street.

The two flatmates are 26 and 27 year old male civil servants, who typically work from home 2 days a week. They are very friendly and sociable flatmates who are also respectful of each other's space. They are interested in music, cooking, going for drinks, the gym and running. All shared living spaces are well looked after and regularly cleaned.

The room is unfurnished but currently has a kingsize bed, a desk, and rail/storage.

Bills are included, making the flat great value for the location.
