Amazing en-suite near London Bridge

Hey!

I’m looking for an easy going, social, neat, and tidy person to replace me as I’m moving back to Sweden and, unfortunately, have to leave this lovely household in London Bridge.

The apartment is a spacious two-story unit in a converted warehouse with a large shared living room and kitchen. The bedroom is a double room with its own private bathroom. There’s a big closet in the room where you can fit most of your stuff. The bedroom comes unfurnished, but I'm happy to sell my furniture (bed, desk, chair, and desktop screen) for a discounted price (they are less than a year old). The Council Tax band is G.

You will be living with two amazing guys that I have become really close with:

The first works in finance. He loves working out, playing video games, and going to the pub with friends.

The second works for the treasury. He enjoys cooking, playing some video games, and socializing over a pint at the pub.

The guys are looking for someone who is social, neat, and tidy, and who wants to hang out after work hours but also has their own social life. Please keep in mind that this is not a party apartment.
