I am looking to sublet my 1bed/private bath in a 2Bed/2Bath apartment centrally located in London Bridge/Bermondsey/Borough area from December 2024 through April 2025, beginning & end dates flexible with notice.

The Building: The Taper Building - incredible views of the London skyline, 24 hour concierge, rooftop terrace, residents’ gym and a balcony all in just under 5minutes walk from Bermondsey Street, Borough Station, Borough Market, London Bridge and Tower Bridge, in the heart of London Zone 1, Council Tax band E.

The Apartment: The double bedroom is situated on the 4th floor of a new build, fully furnished, with a built in closet and dresser as well as a work desk with a second monitor. The flat is 2bed/2bath total with 2 balconies, washer/dryer combo, central heating, air conditioning, dishwasher, overall super super spacious! The bedroom and private bathroom are on one end of the flat and offer privacy from your flatmate.

The Flatmate: You will live with my flatmate who owns the apartment, she is a 30 year old female who is so sweet and great to chill with on the couch but also respectful of privacy and quiet time. We use the house as a quiet retreat and there are rarely visitors/people over. She works Tues-Sat full time running an art gallery so if you work from home you have a lot of privacy throughout the week.
