If you’re not familiar the location, it’s amazing. Very central so easy to get everywhere, there are great bars and restaurants minutes walk away which range from fast food to fine dining, cozy pubs to upmarket cocktail bars.

Bermondsy Street (5mins walk) is always vibey and a great night out. It also has a small park and tennis courts. Despite being so centrally located, the atmosphere is very relaxed, it has a small village feel and a friendly local community.

If you like street food l the Vinegar Yard, Borough and Maltby Street Market all within 10 minutes walk…. and Bermondsy Beer Mile which speaks for itself..

I currently live in the property and will be moving out when I find suitable tenants.
