- Flat is located moments from London Bridge train station and < 5 minutes walk from the tube station with Jubilee and Northern Line connections.
- c. 15 minute walk to Monument / Bank Station with Central, District, Circle, Northern and DLR line connections.
- Walking distance to the City of London and c.15 minutes on the Tube to Canary Wharf - ideal for a professional worker.
- < 10 minute walk to Borough Market
- Great connections to Soho and the West-End

Current Tenant & Future Expectations:
- I have lived in the flat for 3 years and have seen significant renovations since first moving in.
- I work in finance in the City of London so the location is super convenient and ideally looking for someone with a similar background who is working professionally also.
- I appreciate a tidy and peaceful atmosphere in the flat during the week as I have quite a high-pressured job. We have a cleaner come every two weeks (included in price) who does a great job at keeping the place looking presentable.
- On the weekends, I enjoy going out, having a drink and eating good food. Sometimes host parties for special occasions but typically do not have frequent guests over (I am also single).
- Ideally looking for someone with a similar background and like-minded interests
