2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, spacious living and kitchen. Converted warehouse with exposed brick. Huge windows with lots of natural light.
📍Very spacious for proximity to city. 10 min walk from Tower and London Bridge. Tubes/Trains: Borough (Northern Line) is 8 mins walk and London Bridge is 10 mins walk. Postcode = SE14QB
🏡 Your room is an ensuite with a shower. There’s a bath in my bathroom which you are welcome to use. Furniture included is a double bed, mattress, wardrobe and bedside table. Your room is big enough to put a desk if required to WFH.
💲Rent is £1,279 each per month, bills £206 each. Your total share = £1,590 per month.
Landlord. Lexadon property agents, they are responsive to any fixes or issues via their online platform.

😁🙋🏼♀️29 yr old Aussie Female. Moved to UK in Feb 2023, been living here for 1 yr 10 months.
💃🏼Personality wise, I’m outgoing, a yes girl, up for adventure but also all about balance - I’m one you could find dancing on a table but also enjoying a movie night with a candle and recharging.
👩🏼💻I work in tech sales in the city
💻WFH 2-3 days per week & in office 2-3 days.
🧘🏼♀️I do yoga and Pilates few times a week at a cute studio down the road
✈️ I love travel hence why I’m here!
💃🏼 Socially I like dancing, wine bars, fine dining/food in general (Borough market & Bermondsey St are amazingly dangerous!) Exploring London is high on the agenda.
👯♀️Current Situation. previous flatmate (32 Aussie) is moving out end of September to go up north for cheaper rent, bigger share house and more greenery.
What am I like to live with?
- Pretty non-chalant and easy going
- Clean up after myself in the kitchen
- Clean shared spaces as they get dirty (I’d expect the same)
- Guests over 3 x a month (not all the time in other words)
Guests
- Friends over is fine. When the living room door is shut the sound doesn’t travel so it feels like you have your own space.
- I occasionally have friends from Aus visit (they sleep in my room and only stay a couple of days) E. g my sister 26 is popping in and out 1-2 nights per week during September whilst she finds a job in Europe.
- Parties. Few friends over is fine, drinks, cocktails, game nights etc but personally I don’t want it to be a frequent huge party house.
