Small room in zone 1

Hi!

We have one small bedroom available in a 4 bed shared flat in SE1.

Location: Zone 1, approx 5 min walk from London Bridge station and 5-10 mins from Borough. We are just around the corner from Borough Market with lots of nice bars, restaurants, gyms etc within short walking distance.

Rent & Bills: The rent is £420 pcm (absolute steal for the area!). The landloard pays council tax and we share rest of the bills equally. Wifi, heating and electricity comes to around £20-50pp depending on use. The water bill is paid once per year and is around £100ish each.

The room: The room becoming available is my old room (I'm moving to a larger one since in of the flatmates is moving out). Please bare in mind this is a small and compact space. All the furniture is mine (apart from the wardrobe) and I was hoping the new flatmate would be happy to buy it all for £350. The bed is a small double (under 2 years old) with some additional storage space underneath.

The flat: Like the room the flat is small, old and a little rough around the edges. We share one bathroom and kitchen between us. All of us have quite different schedules so the space hasn't really been an issue.

The flatmates: The remaining flatmates are myself, F35 work as cabin crew, Apostolos M36 a chef, and Alex M24 who works in IT. We are all friendly and reasonably tidy :)

About you: We are looking for another girl to keep it 50/50. The room would best suit someone who doesn't work from home. It's not really a place to have parties or long term visitors due to the small space. You are of course welcome to bring guests over but we all try to respect each others space. I think most importantly we are looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy. We don't tend to hangout with each other a lot but I'm always up for discovering new places around the area :)
