Looking For a Roommate

Hello!

Looking for a female to take up my room. The flat is a 2/2 and includes a parking space.

The existing flatmate is a 27-year-old British female professional, who works late, is kind, respectful, safe, and typically keeps to herself. I have had no issues with her we get along fabulously. She often works late and travels. Very nice girl.

The rent is 1,400 GBP and then the additional utilities are about 150-200 pounds a month (variable) for a total of approximately 1,500 GBP a month for rent + utilities. Council Tax band = E.

The flat includes:
- Dishwasher
- Oven
- Washing machine for clothes
- Plenty of drawers for clothing
- Shared living space and kitchen
- In-room heater

You would have your own double room and private bathroom. I am limited to posting only 9 photos but happy to send additional photos or videos via email upon request. The bedroom gets great natural light.

The location is IDEAL. It's a 6-minute walk to London Bridge station that can take you just about anywhere in London or out. The flat is essentially on Bermondsey street... At most a 1-minute walk which is trendy, has lots of restaurants, and bars. The area and flat complex is very safe for females.

The flat runs until August 1, 2025, so under the current lease it would run approximately 6 months. You would have the option to renew for another year, however, the current female flatmate would be leaving.

The flat is available the first week of Jan. You would need to provide the deposit. The realtors would handle the paperwork which could take about 2 weeks prior to moving in Jan as they check background, etc.

**Kindly note the white chest, white rug, and hanging poles for the clothes in the photo are mine. There are however 3 chest drawers that go in this room and an additional "hanging clothes" chest. Currently, these furniture pieces are temporarily in the hallway. Happy to show in-person, take video, or take photos.
