One Double Room - £780 incl bills - available 15th of December (with a few days flexibility)

Due to one of our housemates moving in to her new brand apartment, we have a lovely room available for you to join our four person apartment (maisonette) in what we like to think of as a home. We love where we live, we don’t think you can beat Zone 1, a stones throw from Tower Bridge, Potters Field, the Thames, the Shard, London Bridge, Borough Market and Bermondsey St.

The Room is available 15th December (but flexible move in date for the right person). It comes with double bed, chest of draws, two wardrobes (in wall and free standing), bedside table and mirror.

Flat contains kitchen, lounge, bathroom (shower and sink), with separate toilet and double glazing.

Location is fantastic, and ideal for someone working in the City.
- 30 min stroll along the Thames to Blackfriars / Fleet st
- Liverpool st station 30 minute walk.
- Waterloo Bridge 40 min walk
- 40 min walk to Shoreditch
- 45 min walk to Farringdon Station
- 55 min to walk Covent Garden
- 70 min walk to Oxford St, Greenwich and Canary Wharf
- 90 min walk to Hyde Park

Plenty of food options nearby: Two Tesco Express within 10 minutes walk,
Sainsbury’s and two Coop under 10 minutes. Borough Market and Bermondsey St.

You’ll be living with three other professional females 32 - 38, two work in the office most days and one who is currently working a mix of at home and in the office.
