I’m looking for someone to replace me in this amazing flatshare in the heart of London Bridge. Flat is a 3 bed, with a shared bed, with a sharede kitchen, bathroom and living room. The flat is located in a central spot just an 8-10 min walk to London Bridge (Northern and Jubilee line; railway) and 15 min walk to Tower Hill station (circle, district and Hammersmith and city line) plus direct bus lines to Hackney, Peckham, Greenwich…

You'll be sharing the flat with two lovely flatmates, Chiara is a Mater student that recently moved to London, she is chill and loves to exercise and Sam who works in a startup that is working with homeless people and has been living in the flat for 5 years. We are all friends and respectful of each other’s space that hangout together but also have our independent lives. We're looking for someone clean and tidy that respects the common areas of the flat.

The room comes with a wardrobe. It also has a double bed, desk, and chair that can be negotiated.

-Rent is £871.00
-Bills are appx. £90.00 per month per person and includes water, electricity, gas, council tax and broadband
-The deposit is £769.23
- The agency will need to run a screen for you in order to change your name in the contract. For that, they asked us to look for tenants who are either in full-time roles, or self-employed/freelance with at least 1 year's tax return. Your income should be 3.0x your rent share (£2613) and you should have a recent rental reference.
