Spacious room with balcony in London Bridge

Hello all!
I'm looking for someone to take over my room, as I am moving outside of the UK.

Details below:

Move in date: Jan 1, 2025
Bills: £81 every month (gas, electricity, water, council tax, Wi-Fi)
Flatmates: Working professionals in London, 2 existing flatmates (both female) who live upstairs. Ideally looking for another female flatmate who has a regular 9-5.

Room is super spacious and is fully furnished with a double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe with a floor-length mirror, a big desk and a couch. It also is attached to a private balcony with a desk and two chairs.

Minimum 8 months, with an option to renew the contract in September.

8 min walk to London Bridge station
3-6 min walk to local Tesco, Sainsbury's and M&S
