Looking for a lodger needing Mon-Fri accomodation only, open to offers. Room will be available early March.

Room:
Double bedroom with private full size double bathroom (directly adjacent but not ensuite - see the plan in pictures).
Room is furnished with bed (& mattress) , full length mirror with clothes rail & small set of drawers. Can discuss further storage needs if necessary.

In the pictures there is a photo of the room as it was when I moved in, then with the current decor. Great views of the city skyline from the window.

Flat:
New build 2 bed flat on 5th floor of a new development. Views of the city on one side & internal garden on the other.
Good sized kitchen with all mod cons.

Landlord:
You would be sharing the flat with me and my two cats (see pictures for confirmation of cuteness).
I am a 33 year old professional working in the city. I'm clean & respectful, and will be working in the office most days. Not a big party goer but still out a few evenings a week.

Location:
Within 15-20 mins walk of Bermondsey station , London Bridge Station & Borough Station.
Great access to the city - circa 35 walk to Fenchurch street, or via buses.
Really vibrant area with lots of cafes, bars & restaurants on Bermondsey street or Maltby Street nearby.
