King bed, ensuite, Bermondsey Street/London Bridge

Hey there - I'm Richard, I own the flat and I'm leaving soon to return home.

You'd have a double room, and ensuite shower-room. You would share the kitchen, living, dining rooms and balcony patio with another flatmate. There is a desk in the dining room so you can WFH.

It's a gated property next to the pasta restaurant Flour and Grape, and opposite the famous coffee shop Watch-house. There is a Sainsbury's 1 min away, and a larger Tesco/M&S 10 mins away. London Bridge or Borough High Street stations are 5-10 mins away (Northern and Jubilee), with buses to Shoreditch, Victoria, Elephant and Castle, Victoria just outside.

I am looking for a replacement for me, the length of term is flexible. There is the female lodger who will be leaving at the end of June. I will either join you in June (in her current room), or find someone to replace her.

As you will be living with her at first - she is a single professional 25 year old, working in the City, who spends her spare time cooking, hanging out with friends. She is quiet and respectable. If and when I return, I am gay, and single, and own a restaurant.

p. s. council tax band f - it is included in the rent. bills can be 60-120 depending on time of year and usage. there is 5g internet/wifi, cleaner, water, gas, electricity in that price.
