Vegan/Vegetarian - London Bridge Pub Conversion

I’m looking for someone to share my bright, fully furnished 2 double bedroom flat in London Bridge, right opposite Guy’s Hospital. It’s the perfect spot for someone working at the hospital or studying a postgraduate degree at Kings College London.

Key details:
- Rent: £1050 per month (£1050 deposit)
- Bills: usually around £200 per month each (WiFi, gas, electric, water, council tax and fortnightly cleaning)
- Available: July 20th 2025
- Lifestyle: Vegetarian/Vegan/plant-based only 🌱

Looking for:
- A professional male, aged between 25-30
- Someone who doesn’t work from home every day
- Someone clean, tidy, mature and respectful
- Open to mid - long term stays
- Referencing will be required

Please note: no couples, pets, smokers/vapers or undergraduate students

About the flat:
- A charming Victorian pub conversion
- 5 minutes from London Bridge station, Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury’s, PureGym and Bermondsey Street.
- Bedroom window overlooks a park with huge old trees. The street is quiet and residential
- Duplex flat (2nd and 3rd floors) - lots of stairs, so keep that in mind
- Shared with me (the owner). I like to keep the flat clean and well maintained
- Desk in the room for working

About me:
I work in food supply, about 4 days in the office per week. I’m vegan, into design, fitness and good vegan food (though I don’t cook much!) I tend to be in bed by around 11pm, and wake up at 7/8am.

While I enjoy sometimes having friends over for dinner/drinks (about once a month) my partying/clubbing days are mostly behind me.

Ideally, I’d love to live with someone at a similar stage in their life with similar values and interests.
