Room for rent in London Bridge!

COUNCIL TAX BAND B | GIRLS ONLY

Double bedroom (converted from living room) for rent for 950 + bills per month. This is a tenancy takeover as I am moving out - you would take over the contract until the 9th September 2025 and then also have the option to renew.

The flat is right next to the shard (attached view from front door) and right next to both borough station and London Bridge station (both within 5 mins walk). There are multiple bus routes and it is at an amazing price.

We are a very clean flat and are out a lot, as all 3 of us are medical students at KCL (guys campus). We’re very friendly - we are all vegetarian if that is what works for you but we do not have a preference for you!

A potential flatmate would be with some super friendly girls - girls preferred for this reason :). Bills are not included but come to around 50 per month excluding council tax.

I would prefer a tenant that would also pay / contribute towards the cost of the change in contract with me but not compulsory (it is around 150£)!
