London Bridge - room to rent in gated apartment

Hi, this is for a double room in a 3 bed flat, in a great location less than 5 mins walk to London Bridge station.
It's in a modern and bright gated building with communal gardens, just off Bermondsey Street.
You'll be sharing with two friendly female students - one 2nd year, one 3rd year.
We're looking for another female student to join us - it doesn't matter which uni you're at - we have friends at several (Imperial, KCL, UCL, QMUL).
The room itself comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, built in wardrobe and desk.
There's a shared fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine etc, that also has a communal/social area.
There's a modern bathroom you'll share with one other flatmate (the other flatmate has use of an ensuite).
The lease runs from 10th Aug 2025 to 9th Aug 2026.
Rent is £1105/calendar month, (first payment due on 10th Aug).
Deposit is £1157, to be paid on signing the tenancy agreement.
Bills (covering gas, elec, water, broadband) are not included, but are roughly £50/month /flatmates).
