Double room in London Bridge

Hey everyone I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the 24th May, (can be flexible with move in dates from the 20th May). The current contract ends on 24th August, with the option to renew or move ✨

Location
It’s in a great location, 3 minute walk to London Bridge tube station and train station with Bermondsey street and borough market on the door step.

Flatmates
You will be living with my wonderful flatmates - Caroline, 27, who is an account and Camila, 24, who works in finance. They are both super friendly and we have all happily lived together for nearly 2 years 🫶🏼

The room is furnished with a large wardrobe, double bed, bedside table and book shelf. I currently have a chest of draws in the room which would fit a desk in if needed. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

Rent is paid on 24th and is £1100 + bills which is approx £100.

Deposit is £1442 which you’ll get back at the end of the tenancy (won’t let change on the amount on the app)

The flat is fully furnished and has a dishwasher, washing machine microwave ect

Ideally looking for someone between the ages of 23-30. You will need to earn over/ around £35,000 a year to pass referencing checks.

I’ve loved living here and only moving due to moving in with my boyfriend.
