I currently live in a gorgeous 2 bed by borough station, 15 minutes from London Bridge station. I absolutely love it here but am leaving the UK so need someone to replace my lease.

The apartment is spacious, with a large living room and balcony looking at the shard. It’s a communal gated set of blocks which is very safe. The location is excellent, I walk to work in the city (35 minutes), a walk to Covent Garden is also 45 minutes. Is 8 minutes from borough station, 15 minutes each from London Bridge station/elephant and castle station which means close to northern/jubilee/bakerloo.

My flatmate is a lovely girl in her mid twenties, she works in recruitment. Looking for someone who is of a similar age group and a professional.
