Large ensuite in a 2 bed, 2 bath flat right on the highly desired Bermondsey Street (8 mins walk to London Bridge Station)!

My flatmate is leaving the country and thus I’m looking for a flatmate for his replacement, starting first week of September.

The flat has a living room, kitchen, and a balcony for common space. Kitchen appliances include laundry, dishwasher, and oven.

About me: I am a 27 year-old Canadian who works in finance and will be working in the office 5 days a week. I am very clean, respective of people’s personal space, friendly, easy to get along with, and a non-smoker.

I like chatting with my flatmate when free, hanging out, but also giving them their own space too. I’m interested in business, sports & fitness, grabbing a beer, eating out, reading, etc.

My ideal roommate is someone who is easy going, clean with the common spaces (kitchen etc.), does not smoke, and is a good teammate in working together with keeping the space tidy.
