Hi, I’m Jasmine! Moving to London in Sept to start my new role as a trainee solicitor. I am looking for a flatmate to share this 2 bed flat with ☺️.
I have already leased the flat for 1 yr & the tenancy starts in early Oct (so haven’t moved in yet). Looking for someone to sublet the smaller room, it’s a double with a wardrobe & drawers. When I went to view the room was a bit messy, but trying to get a cleaner picture over lol. Max sublet will be 1 year as that is the length of my tenancy, but open to discussing extending or taking over the tenancy if I end up leaving etc.

The location is great & the communal areas are cosy and lovely. The plan is to add some plants and spruce it up a bit to make it feel even more homely 😁
