I’m renting out my room in my characterful, bright, fully furnished 2 bed duplex flat in London Bridge, directly opposite Guy’s Hospital. It’s a brilliant setup if you work at Guy’s or you’re doing postgrad at King’s, and you want somewhere central but still calm.

The flat is a Victorian pub conversion on a quiet residential street, split over the 2nd and 3rd floors. The bedroom looks onto a park with huge mature trees, so it’s surprisingly peaceful for zone 1. London Bridge station is about 5 minutes away, and you’ve got Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury’s, PureGym and Bermondsey Street all within 10 minutes' walk.

The household
I’ve lived here for three years. I’m renting out my room because I’m not spending as much time in the flat as I used to. You’d be sharing with another tenant, who is a professional female. We keep the place clean and well maintained and would like someone on the same wavelength.

You’d be a good fit if you’re clean, tidy, considerate and fairly low drama. Vegetarian preferred but not a dealbreaker. Non smoker please. Referencing will be required and no couples. There are 2 floors to walk up to get into the flat, so please bear that in mind before enquiring.
