I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful flatmate to join me in my spacious 2 bed / 2 bath flat, located in a prime central location – just a 10-minute walk from London Bridge Station.

The room is a fully furnished double room with a standing desk in perfect condition. Plenty of storage space and natural light. You will also have own private bathroom!

For students the rent can be paid monthly if you have a UK based guarantor, otherwise it would need to be paid 6 months in advance.

For professionals rent can be paid monthly with no advance payment or guarantor required.

The kitchen is large and modern with brand new appliances, including a wine cooler.

The living room is spacious with a floor to ceiling window and a massive new TV. The flat has fast internet throughout, perfect for WFH, gaming, streaming, etc.

The flat is Clean, bright, and well-maintained in general.

The flat is in a superb location — 10 minutes to London Bridge Station, very close to Borough Market, with plenty of cafes and restaurants area nearby.

I'm extremely clean, considerate, and easy to live with. I work in finance and usually work from home 2/3 days a week.

I've been living in London for several years few years so I know the city quite well. I'm sociable and always up for a chat, cooking a meal together, or watching a film or sports - but I also value personal space and a calm, respectful environment.

I'm looking for someone who’s similarly tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.
