Bills are not included but will be split evenly between all residents in the flat (avg 40-60 pounds per month per person). The house has a private back garden and direct access to the private street. Parking can be applied for if necessary. The kitchen has two full-sized fridge-freezers and a washing machine. The kitchen comes with a toaster, microwave, kettle, and all kitchen accessories.
