Prime Central double room in Borough/London Bridge

Smart double room in modern 4-bed flat available to rent asap! Brand new carpet in bedroom and stairs, with large built in wardrobes, shelves and massive underbed storage.

When I moved in 3 months ago, I got the landlord to give the room a brand new blind, new carpet, brand new dishwasher in kitchen, and new ventilation fan in bathroom. There's also a flat roof you can access through the window- I've put plants and hang washing out there but you can make your own balcony if you wanted!

Kitchen has dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, oven one fridge-freezer with another large standing fridge-freezer in lounge (2 between 4 people).

Very sad to be moving for a better job in Bristol from our lovely all-girls flat in central London. Cannot beat this location or rent price! (I fought hard to get in!) Located on the doorstep of Flat Iron square- a pedestrian area with brand new trendy bars, live music, football etc plus coffee shops. We live above a Londis shop- the guys who work there are really friendly and take our packages when we're not in (no stolen amazon deliveries!).

You would be living with Katie (29), Ella (25) and Jannatul (26). All are working professionals but so friendly and social, always down for a cheeky pint at the various pubs next door. There is only one bathroom but it is very large and so far we haven't had any issues with queueing for it. Landlord (Rob) is also very chill.
